5-Ingredient Espresso Chocolate Truffle
Thanks for the fab recipe. I’m not a cook or baker but I found it really easy. I roast coffee (The Garden Roastery in the UK) so I ground medium roast beans as fine as Turkish coffee powder and used 8 teaspoons in your recipe. I thought that might be useful for anyone with a grinder. The taste is very subtle so could use more.
