TURTLES Candies Chocolate Chip Cookies
These would have to be my new favorite CC cookie too! While I have no qualms whatsoever about regular sized turtles, the minis look perfect for baking and snacking. I always have a chocolate stash on hand.
I’ve always loved TURTLES candies. They’re the perfect combination of nuts, caramel and chocolate, and I baked them into cookies with browned butter. The nutty, rich flavor of the browned butter enhances the nutty flavor in the TURTLES Minis. The cookies are big, bakery-style cookies. They’re soft, chewy, and loaded with flavor and texture from the chocolate chips and crunchy yet chewy TURTLES Minis. Start with 1 2/3 cups flour and if the dough is too loose, add more flour until you’ve reached 1 3/4 cups. The chocolate chips and TURTLES Minis may want to slip out of the dough but smoosh them in. It’s mandatory the dough be chilled for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before baking and I recommend underbaking slightly.
