Sugar Plum Fairy Cupcakes
I love how festive these are. Those perfect vanilla cupcakes are the best. I have made the cake version and I still say its one of the best cakes I have ever made. I love the addition of the almond extract and cinnamon. Plus that sugar cookie on top is gorgeous and I am loving that pink backdrop that sits behind them.
These magical Sugar Plum Fairy Cupcakes are lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, flavored with vanilla and almond, and are filled with fruity jam. Make sure you read the recipe notes before beginning. Have fun decorating!
